Sample Project Flow

Even though all projects are different, most website and design projects follow the same basic flow. This is a sample of what you might expect:

1. The Meeting:
First we meet to discuss your needs, goals and ideas. Once we have a grasp on the goals and success metrics, we then discuss the ideas around the design, functionality, UI, and marketing to acheive the goals.

2. The Proposal:
Taking everything learned from step one, a proposal is generated including timing, deliverables, milestones, pricing and payment schedules.

3. The Design:
Once the proposal is agreed on, the Design process begins. This phase includes designing concepts on the main home page and a sample of the interior page frame work.
Wireframes can also be generated to ensure agreement on page flow and usability.

4. The Coding:
Once the Designs and flow are finalized, a functioning framework is created.

5. Adding the Content:
With the framework in place, we then start placing content. This is usually provided in a Word Document thats defines "on which page" the corresponding content goes.

6. The Launch:
After everything is approved and tested on multiple platforms, the site is launched.
And that's it.
